Our online yoga sessions are specifically designed to support mental, emotional, and physical health.

In our sessions we use yogic postures to promote physical and mental relaxation. Meditation and breathing techniques are used to deepen our connection with the present moment and further develop a sense of mental calm. Overall, our session aim to enhance your ability to feel relaxed, aware, and focused.

With more focused attention, our productivity can increase, our stress levels decrease, we develop an increased sense of well-being, and more fully realise our potential.

We offer chair and mat yoga. Session times and lengths to suit. Meetings are coordinated using Zoom. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss options.
