Ivy Yoga Charity Class For Aunties and Uncles

 I'm delighted that Ivy Yoga will be hosting this event. A key aspect of mental health is building a sense of community.

Join us on the 16th of November for an open class suitable for all levels. Here you will have the opportunity to experience practices that will be on offer by Kathie at Ivy Yoga, including a 1-hour invitational style yoga practice, breath work, and meditation. After our rejuvenating practice, you are welcome to join us for food and drink refreshments and a meet and greet to answer questions and most importantly enjoy time with others in your community.
